Oslo offers two tables in scope: one wears three stars, the other two. Both pour Nordic; both bear the Green Star. They diverge on price, on portion of the evening, and on the patience required to win the seat. Anchor the trip on Maaemo if the 1st-of-the-month lottery and the ~NOK 4,500 cover are welcome [7][9]. Otherwise Kontrast at NOK 2,300 is a confident Plan A [16].
