Decision: Only two restaurants on the Saint-Tropez peninsula hold 2+ Michelin stars in the 2026 Guide.[7] Book La Vague d'Or (3★, in Saint-Tropez) for a once-in-a-generation meal — France's youngest-ever triple-starred chef, plan 6 months out, budget €450–700+/person with wine.[1] Choose La Voile (2★, Ramatuelle, 10 km south) for lighter Mediterranean cooking at €245 tasting menu, open daily, sea-view terrace — still exceptional but ~€200 cheaper per head.[2]
