Flocons de Sel Opens 5 Jun
The summit of Savoie gastronomy. Renaut's dishes speak of the alpine landscape — lake fish (pike, char, whitefish), wild mushrooms, mountain herbs and berries — rendered with quiet precision and no ostentation.[1] Critics single out the Arctic char, rock lobster with caviar under frozen crustacean extract, and the smoked chocolate dessert.[3] The cellar runs to ~1,200 labels with deep Savoie coverage and a legendary pre-1900 Chartreuse collection.[5]
Vous Open year-round
Awarded its first star in the 2025 Guide.[10] An intimate counter experience in the village centre: guests watch the full brigade work through a 5-course menu. Standouts include cauliflower with iodized sauce and pike roe, and wagyu chuck in Mondeuse jus.[9] The ~350-label wine cellar and an option to reserve the entire counter for a private event make it a flexible choice. Best option if Flocons de Sel is booked out — and significantly easier to get a table.
La Table de l'Alpaga Closed until Dec
Baule puts vegetables at the centre — Savoie roots, herbs, and tubers — with fish and meat as supporting acts. Housed in Hôtel L'Alpaga (Beaumier group).[6] Closed June through November; revisit this option for a winter weekend plan.
Closed: La Dame de Pic – Le 1920 (Four Seasons)
Anne-Sophie Pic's 1-star restaurant[12] at the Four Seasons Hotel Megève closed permanently in 2024–25[11] and has been replaced by a brasserie. It no longer appears in the 2025–26 Michelin Guide.
