- No developer meetups inside the radius. The Piedmont developer scene (GDG Torino, Codemotion AperiTech, .NET Torino) is all Torino-based; nothing comparable exists in Alba, Bra, or Cherasco.
- DIG421 is the highest-signal tech venue in range. Its Cherasco campus was purpose-built as an “open-innovation gate” by Tesisquare; it programs both popular-audience (Aresu, Bottero) and industrial-audience (additive manufacturing, Industry 4.0) evenings.
- If “tech event” stretches to AI as a cultural topic, 2026 is unusually strong: Alba’s whole spring–autumn arc — Connessioni, Profondo Umano, Sostenibilità Incrociate — is themed on AI and digital transformation.
