The binding constraint

The calendar locks first. Everything else follows.

Frantzén ★★★ closes Saturday through Monday and only releases bookings on the 1st of the prior month at 10:00 local [1]. AIRA ★★ — the only other operational Michelin two-star after Aloë's indefinite pause since 9 Feb 2025 [2] — runs Tue–Sat dinner from 18:00 [3].

So a strict Sat–Sun "weekend" is AIRA-only. Anything that includes Frantzén stretches to Wed–Sat or Thu–Sun. Stack a conference on top and there are exactly two clean pairs in 2026.

One caveat hangs over both bookings. The Nordic 2026 Michelin ceremony is 1 June 2026 at the Tivoli Concert Hall in Copenhagen — two days after this dossier's date. New and lost stars announce then. If your dates are flexible past mid-June, wait for the new star map before locking either room.
